IQF (Individually Quick Frozen Fruits) maintain a visual and taste regularity all year round as well as being very quick and easy to defrost. This maintains all the characteristics of fresh fruits.

Storage
To preserve all of the product’s organoleptic qualities, we recommend defrosting it for around 12 hours at 4°C in the refrigerator, or at room temperature for around 8 hours.

Application
Use as a pie-filling or tart garnish, to decorate or in recipes for sweets, individual sweet petits-fours, cakes, etc. Can also be used in plated desserts, fruit salad and jam.
